Beginning Tai Chi

Enjoy this gentle exercise program designed for improving your balance, tone and encouraging a lifetime of fitness. Certified instructor, Judy Massaia, welcomes students of all ages. Class is held every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 11:00 AM-12:00 Noon beginning September 11 and continuing each week through October 18. After a break, the classes will resume on November 13 and continue through December 20. Fees are $20 for the series or $2 per class for drop-ins.
