Enjoy this gentle exercise program designed for improving your balance, tone and encouraging a lifetime of fitness. Certified instructor, Judy Massaia, welcomes students of all ages. Class is held every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM beginning January 9 and continuing through March 29. Fees are $20 for the series or $2 per class for drop-ins. This class is intended for students who are not new to Tai Chi.
